SHIPPING, DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Currently we have a few types of delivery, all fulfilled by the Royal Mail. If there is an issue or you have an enquiry, please contact us via email,
Depending on the holiday, volume of orders etc, dispatch time can vary, but will almost always be between 3-5 working days. Otherwise, you will be notified as to why and when your order will be dispatched after purchase. All customers will be notified when their order is dispatched. Orders will most likely be dispatched on the weekend.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery is sent via the Royal Mail Second Class to the UK Mainland (including Highlands, Islands and Isles) will take between 2-5 working days (in addition to dispatch). We hold no liability for lost packages and no signature is required.
UK 'SPECIAL' SIGNED FOR DELIVERY
Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class aims to deliver orders in 2-3 working days. We hold no liability for lost packages. Signature is required upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY
Fulfilled by the Royal Mail and delivers items to Europe within 3 to 8 working days after posting and rest of world destinations within 5 to 10 working days after posting (approx). We hold no liability for lost packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Thank you for shopping on the website. Unfortunately, after an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only scenario in which we would look to refund or replace the product is if it was purchased and unknowingly defected. If so, please contact in order to resolve the issue.
Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of confirmation.
We will try our best to work with the Royal Mail and you to find the order, however we hold no liability for any order lost in transport. Please contact us at for more support.
