SHIPPING, DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, your order could take longer than usual to arrive to you. I'm usually a one-man band shipping orders and I am doing my best to get everything dispatched with and being diligent with sanitising the workspace. Please bear with me and let me know if you haven’t received it after 2 weeks.
All orders are normally dispatched using Royal Mail and are sent within three working days after receipt of payment.
Orders are packed and dispatched 3 times a week. Standard dispatch time is 1-4 working days, however this is subject to change depending on the holiday, high order volumes etc. All customers will be notified when their order is dispatched via email. Once orders are dispatched, they cannot be altered or changed.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY: £0.90-£3.50
Standard delivery is sent via the Royal Mail Second Class to the UK Mainland (including Highlands, Islands and Isles) will take between 2-5 working days (not including dispatch). We hold no liability for lost packages and no signature is required.
EUROPEAN STANDARD DELIVERY- £2.50-10
Fulfilled by the Royal Mail or another suitable courier and delivers items to Europe within 3 to 8 working days after posting. We hold no liability for lost packages.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY- £3.50-£20
Fulfilled by the Royal Mail or another suitable courier and delivers items within 5 to 15 working days after posting (approx). This would be dependent on the location. We hold no liability for lost packages.
To ship your order, we use packaging which is either recycled, reused or from sustainable sources (check the symbol on the back of the packaging). Please be sure to put the packaging it in your compost or in with your food waste!

Thank you for shopping on the website. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to resolve the issue.
Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of confirmation.
We will try our best to work with the Royal Mail and you to find the order, however we hold no liability for any order lost in transport. Please contact us at email@example.com for more support.
Your UK statutory rights will not be affected by our returns policy.
